Briskly tapping the body with the knuckles, affirm, I am the master of my body I am the master of my self.

Briskly rubbing the body with the hands, affirm, Awake, rejoice my body cells.

Tapping the head with the knuckles, affirm, Be glad my brain, be wise and strong.

Moving the scalp with the fingertips, affirm, Awake my sleepy saint, awake.
